Refund policy
Your satisfaction is important to us! We have a 15-day return policy. If you are
not satisfied with your Wingme Cosmetics online purchase or it arrives damaged,
simply return the unused portion and we will gladly issue a refund or exchange. Sale/clearance items are final sale.
1. Prior to returning your item(s), please email us at hello@wingmecosmetics.com with your order number and we'll send you a Return Request Form to complete.
2. Complete the Return Request Form and include a copy of your invoice along
with the product(s). Ship back to us using a carrier of your choice. Be sure to
include your order number, name, email address, mailing address and phone
number in case we need to contact you. We recommend using an insured and
traceable delivery method. Wingme is not responsible for any returns lost in
transit.
3. Your return or exchange request will be processed promptly. Most returns will be processed within 2-3 business days of receipt. Most exchanges will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt and are shipped via Standard Service. Transit time for exchange packages is usually 4-8 business days from the time the exchange is shipped. Once received we will send an email confirming the receipt and processing of your return or exchange request.
4. We will refund the original form of payment to the original form of payment 48-72 hours of receiving your return. We regret that we are unable to refund the original shipping charges.
5. Only products purchased on wingmecosmetics.com may be returned for refund or exchange. Unfortunately, we cannot provide refunds for Wingme products purchased at other retailers.
